My style is a little bit cool girl, a dash of elegance and a bucketful of busy mom. I have very little time to put together elaborate outfits but I still want to look good. Who doesn’t? So over time I’ve developed what I think of as my basic uniform for being comfortable and stylish on the go. Here are the items I consider to be the foundations of realistic modern style.

Keeping it real, most of us wear jeans often. But the right pair of jeans can make you feel and look amazing.

The right fit

One of the main reasons I love the Levi’s 501 Skinny jean so much is because these jeans are made to last. 100% cotton can be intimidating (the break in process is annoying) but once they fit, they feel better than any jegging could ever dream.

My advice is to size down so you can stretch them out just enough to conform to your body like a glove

I stick with neutrals because they’re easy to mix and match. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money, invest in high quality shirts and some timeless outerwear. Then you can accessorize with trendy jewelry and you will look stylish for seasons to come.
